Stop smoking: Congratulations on stopping smoking cigarettes. Unfortunately, smoking cigars has the same hazards as smoking cigarettes- see http://www.Quitsmokingsupport.Com/cigars.Htm. I strongly urge you to stop smoking cigars. The pain in your head when you cough suggests inflammation. Bad allergies which went into a cold &now a sinus infection. On day 3 of antibiotic, still bad head pain when i cough. Is this still w/i normal?

Occipital neuralgia?: This may be occipital neuralgia. If you have had it for six weeks straight, it may be worth visiting your doc. They can recommend someone to inject the nerve to see if the headache is coming from there.
