Uncertain

Genital_pain
It could be a muscle injury from coughing. Also possible inguinal hernia. See a doctor for a proper physical examination to get better answers.

Dr. Camilla Graham answered:

I have a lump beneath my hip bone on my right side (groin area?). It is slightly painful to the touch and moveable. What could this be?

Lymph node

Groin
This sounds like a reactive lymph node. It can be swollen from a small cut (like from shaving) or other infection in the groin or leg area. It should go back to normal over a few weeks but if it keeps getting bigger you need to see a health provider to check it out.

Sounds like a scrotal abscess. You need to make sure it's drained and may need help along with antibiotics.

Painful lumps on right side groin. Doctor gave antibiotics but did nothing and he won't do anything else. What could it be? There's also a little gap.

Unclear

Antibiotic
It is unclear what exactly is going on. Since he prescribed antibiotics, your doctor seems to think this is due to an infection, but your question implies that antibiotics didn't help. Perhaps wrong antibiotic? Perhaps something else not due to an infection? Hard to say. See another doctor, possibly an OB/GYN, since they are in the groin. STI testing may be necessary.

Swollen nodes down right side neck armpit chest stomach and groin painful when pressed 5 month + CBC normal except folate deficiency cud it be cancer?

Possibly

Groin
There are a number of possible reasons to have swollen lymph nodes- infection, immune disorder, cancer, etc. Cancer or lymphoma can present with swollen nodes but these are most commonly not painful. If these nodes have been present for some time it sounds like some additional investigation with imaging or biopsy may be in order.

What causes my swollen , hard, and painful gland on the left side of the groin?

A Hernia
