Pain In Groin After Ejaculation
Does a guy feel a good sensation in groin after ejaculating? And if I want to do multiple ejaculations for how long should I wait to do the second one
Pleasant sensation: Deep to pubic bone rather than in the groin. You could probably ejaculate a second time after about 30 minutes if you can get excited enough. Good Luck
Ejaculation occurs with a sexual climax during sex or masturbation or during so called "wet dreams". Pre-cum emission comes from cowper's gland with duct that opens into bulbar or mid- urethra urethra &? Without warning. Then ejaculation occurs after semen enters urethra from ejaculatory duct, just beyond bladder neck which reflexly contracts followed by ...Read more
When I hold my ejaculation I get this pain on my groin area which makes it hard to ejaculate and can even last for days, what could be wrong with me?
Then don't do it: If that's what happens, then you should stop holding your ejaculation. (i'm not sure what you mean by 'holding' but it sounds like a bad idea.).
My testicle is entering my groin and causing discomfort/minor pain. My left testicle is pulling up and staying in my groin. No pain during ejaculation?
May be herniation: We need more infomation. It woudl be best to see your physician and be referred to a urologist.
Hi, I was hit in the groin area during a football game (prior week), although not to hard. During ejaculation I have slight pain in left testicle.?
Left testicle pain: Check with your Doctor or Urologist! Make sure not Epididymitis! Most of the time the testicles are spared from trauma!
During sex and during ejaculation, I have pain in my left groin area. It is like pulling of the muscle. Could it be hernia?
With BPH medicine during simulation no ejaculation and pain in shaft and groin. Is that common or I should stop sexual actibity.?
Urologist can check: A primary care doctor or a urologist can check to see why there is pain in the shaft of the penis, and also look into the groin pain and the lack of ejaculation. An alpha-blocker such as Flomax (tamsulosin) can cause retrograde ejaculation (goes into the bladder). Pain in the shaft sounds like it needs to be taken care of, so a urologist should take a look.
Over past year experienced pain in right testicle/groin at point of ejaculation; had ultrasound and found nothing. Not seen urologist yet. Advice?
Pain: Probably benign would still see urologist to rule out epididymitis.
I've had negative ultra sound. Feels like a lump is still there between groin and leg. I've also got pain during ejaculation, but goes away right afte?
Burning sensation in right groin/thigh a few minutes after ejaculation. Sounds like prostatitis. Does herpes cause this or sound like a possible cause?
Many causes: Your pain could represent many things. Your vas deferens transports sperm from your testicles via your groin. You may have a hernia if there is a bulge present. Prostatitis is usually accompanied by fever, pelvic/rectal pain or pain when you urinate. A burning sensation on your thigh is usually a result of a nerve problem. I would recommend a physical exam to assess your problem.
STD unlikely: No STD is a likely cause of such symptoms. However, if you consider yourself at risk for STDs, it would be a good idea to be tested. But not because of these particular symptoms.
Groin/lower back pain. Started running 2 months ago. No issues with urination/ejaculation but sometimes discomfort in testicle. Thoughts?
Nonspecific: Unfortunately your symptoms are fairly nonspecific. Potential causes range from upper lumbar disc herniation to groin pull to hip pathology (i.e. Cartilage injury, stress fracture). I would suggest anti-inflammatory meds and backing off on the running for some time. If symptoms do not improve then definitely see a physician.
Groin pain, painful ejaculation, heavy visible veins when erect, chord like lump under shaft, and a very dark bruise like line under shaft. What is this?
Number of causes: Groin pain and painful ejaculations have a number of causes. Some are: urethritis (the canal inside the penis), prostatitis (inflammation or infection of prostate gland, orchitis (inflammation of the testicle), epididymitis (gland where semen produced). Definitely should see a urologist.See 2 more doctor answers

I am 3 days post manual stimulation with no ejaculation and since the I have had diffuse sharp pain around my inguinal ligament. Any help? Ibuprofen?

Sharp Pain before ejaculation, 6 months after inguinal hernia repair. No recurrence or new hernia.?
It can be: Please get a physical exam with your surgeon and discuss your symptoms, other causes include urethritis - inflammation of the urethra - symptoms include loss of appetite, impotence, urinary incontinence, pain with urination and painful ejaculation, also Prostatitis is an inflammation of the prostate gland - symptoms can include foul or strong urine odor, and painful ejaculation
I had an inguinal hernia surgery in 2011.I feel pain in surgical side and a lot of weakness after ejaculation. Can't properly walk. What's the reason?
Exam: You need to be checked by the surgeon. Without evaluation impossible to give advice. See the doctor.
Sore meatus after ejaculation & ache behind penis for 2 years. My doctor has just said 99% sure it is a trapped nerve in back or pelvis. Could it be?
Unlikely from nerve: No reason why your urethral meatus should be sore after ejaculation as result of trapped nerve. You had a cystoscopy which would have ruled out meatal stenosis or urethral srticture. Symptoms could be from prostatitis which might be abacterial if symptoms failed to improve on Cipro (ciprofloxacin). Have you seen a urologist? Or considered second urologic opinion if you have already seen one?
