Pain in thumb and index finger joints of a hand, I haven't stepped out of home from 1 month. Is it vit. D problem? Cause I was deficient before too.

A number of OTC (Over the Counter) medications can help. Probably the most effective is plain old ASPIRIN
Two regular strength Aspirin every 6 hours... This is "First Aid" not true TREATMENT! See your Health Care Professional if the swelling persists. ALSO, if you are taking any NEW medication STOP IT and call the Prescribing Doctor!!
