When I went on the gym bikes about 25 min in I got chest pain then about 20min later the pain also went to my neck and hurts when moving somtimes and swallowing?

Go to ER: You have to get your heart checked out. Chewing two aspirins (unless you are allergic) would be great to thin out your blood in case it is your heart.
