Don't be fooled: The absence of left arm discomfort does not rule out a cardiac cause in the presence of chest pain. Best to talk to your doctor, especially if there is any effort component to causing the chest discomfort. Just because you are: Only 20 doesn't mean you can't have heart related issues. It is unlikely at your age, but you should still be checked out. If you are using illegal drugs, specifically cocaine, it makes that much more likely, as the drug itself can cause coronary artery spasm without any prior heart disease. Get evaluated.: I always think about "what's the worst this could be? " and with chest pain and left arm pain, I would like to see you have your heart evaluated pronto. But the fact that neck movement brings on left arm pain makes me wonder if you may have a problem in the cervical discs in your neck.
