Have pain in upper abdomen, lower back, vomiting, and fever. Vomiting increases pain, but pain reduced after vomiting. Heat also reduces pain.

Not entirely clear: good news is there are no significant organs in the left upper abdomen-( e.g. gallbladder or appendix). The relationship to bowel movements raises the question of irritable bowel or constipation. I would suggest being sure you're using adequate fiber in your diet, drinking plenty of water and adding a probiotic ( yogurt or pill). ANS: usually not, so suggests due to GI problem such as hiatal hernia, reflux, gas(bad gas), Thanksgiving gorge, food poisoning, to mention a few. Gallbladder vs ulcer: Right upper quadrant pain makes us think of gallbladder issues, whether due to stones or infection. However, gastritis ; ulcers can also manifest as RUQ pain. Rarely, sexually transmitted infections can present w/ruq pain eg fitz hugh curtis syndrome. Of course, liver is also in RUQ but less likely to cause pain after eating (same goes for fhc).
