Head ache: Cant really "look" at the sinuses with a camera. You need radiologic evaluation with CT scan to tell if there is sinus mass or fluid. Any skin rash/bumps?: Any skin changes over your nose that you can see/feel? Do you wear glasses a lot that could be causing some irritation/discomfort?
