I have a knot on both sides of my pelvic area at my back on my saiatic nerve do i need to be seen by a dr ?

Probably: ? young female notes "knots" on both sides of posterior pelvis. A guess is that these are schmerrls (spelling ?) nodes, which are normal anatomical findings, especially since pain is not mentioned. Only way to know with any certainty is to be examined by a doctor. ...Read more

4 weeks pregnant and my tailbone and both sides of my pelvic area is sore?

4 weeks pregnant and my tailbone and both sides of my pelvic area is sore?

Not uncommon: I would let your obstetrician know, but this is not uncommon. Pregnancy is associated with a tremendous change in hormone levels throughout the body. One of the musculoskeletal manifestations of this is a general increase in laxity in the joints of the pelvis, possibly in preparation for birthing process. As a result, pregnancy can cause increased pain around the SI joints, the pubis and back. ...Read more

During bowel movement, severe pain in pelvis/back on both sides in area of SI joints. Intense, deep burning sensation - still here 6hrs ltr. ?

Unusual: but the innervation patterns in this area are complex. If this is the first time it has happened, I would use a heating pad or sit in warm water and see if it doesn't go away, while starting a bulky fiber diet and taking a stool softener so you won't have to strain at all. If it keeps up, you may need to have an exam to be sure you didn't "split" the inner skin a little. You can take Tylenol. ...Read more

I've pelvic pain in both sides and it is debilitating so much that i'm not in work. It is worse when i move. I feel sick sometimes as well?

Chronic pelvic pain: Can be difficult. I assume a source of tissue damage or problem has been ruled out. If so, there could be a psychiatric contributor. It's not all in your head but all pain is registered in the head and if there is a mood or stress problem the meds need to be geared to help pain. If there is no source it may be your only option but not hard to do, l do a private if no explanation, need ur meds. ...Read more

I have a corpus luteal cyst. It's apparently dissolving, and for over a week have been causing sharp pelvic discomfort on both sides, normal?

Yes: I'm assuming someone performed an ultrasound and told you, you have a cyst that will or has ruptured? Sharp pelvic pain can definitely be associated with ruptured cysts.
