My pelvis around the ovary area on both sides, have been hurting for awhile now, it hurts at night and some in the morning what may it be?
Need to see a doctor: It could be many possibilities. Such as infection, tumor, etc. You should see your doctor to get a completely check up.
No period: I would start with a home pregnancy test. Sounds like you need to see your provider. You need to see why you are not menstruating and I think it is likely the symptoms are related.
Not uncommon: I would let your obstetrician know, but this is not uncommon. Pregnancy is associated with a tremendous change in hormone levels throughout the body. One of the musculoskeletal manifestations of this is a general increase in laxity in the joints of the pelvis, possibly in preparation for birthing process. As a result, pregnancy can cause increased pain around the SI joints, the pubis and back.

I've pelvic pain in both sides and it is debilitating so much that I'm not in work. It is worse when I move. I feel sick sometimes as well?
Chronic pelvic pain: Can be difficult. I assume a source of tissue damage or problem has been ruled out. If so, there could be a psychiatric contributor. It's not all in your head but all pain is registered in the head and if there is a mood or stress problem the meds need to be geared to help pain. If there is no source it may be your only option but not hard to do, l do a private if no explanation, need ur meds.See 1 more doctor answer

C-section care: Post partum soreness even pain can be seen after a C-section with activity due to scar tissue from the healing. Work-outs should be designed with proper warms and step-wise progression until surgical pain is not a barrier. Abdominal work-outs will be most noticeable. Bleeding after workouts or fluid or distension should be assessed by your OB. As a side, OMT or manual manipulation can help.

Sore breasts: If you have been sexually active then you could be pregnant. Do home pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant.
