Knee locks out of place when i bend leg and then pops back in when i straighten leg out. Happens randomly. Pain 4 short amount of time. What do I do?

Kneecap subluxation: Sounds very much like patellar( kneecap) subluxation ( slipping in and out) of place.I would suggest seeing a board certified ors for evaluation .
