Mgt: There are a number of possible conditions which can cause these symptoms. If you are otherwise healthy, muscular pain is a likely cause. Other possible causes include pleuritic inflammation or infection. In your age group, cardiac findings are less common. I would recommend a NSAID and a heating pad.
