Warm and slight pain in left arm from elbow to wrist. Thought? Could it be from always sleeping on that side?
During venipuncture and when needle was removed, felt sharp pain in arm to wrist.Now feel vein popping near wrist everytime straighten arm down from elbow.It is uncomfortable but not painful.

Can you tear a ligament in the for arm? I was pulling something heard a loud snap and felt it middle ways between the wrist and elbow .
Not common: It is not common to pop a tendon or ligament in the forearm but it is possible. Another possibility is referred pain from elsewhere in the arm. If no swelling or redness and the pain continues to improve that would be reassuring. If not getting better I'd clearly seek out an exam by a qualified practitioner. ...Read more
