Right arm pain from inside elbow to the hand with intermittent tingling in the fingers. Arm has no strength to it lifting my ipad hurts. + fatigue. ?

Ulnar neuropathy: "inside elbow" is the realm of the ulnar nerve, so your symptoms may represent a cubital tunnel syndrome, which is an ulnar nerve compression condition at the elbow that can cause the symptoms you describe. Alternatively, a cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in your neck) could cause similar symptoms. See a physician if symptoms persist. ...Read more

Ulnar neuropathy: can cause pain and parasthesias from the elbow to the 4th and 5th digits as well as loss of muscle mass in the intrinsic hand muscles. This makes one more susceptible to pain in the hand (loss of protective muscle between bone and nerve. Have your ulnar nerve checked (EMG-NCS0. Cervical HNP: Arm pain in young patients radiating from the back or neck, suggests disc herniation. This is most likely. Osteosarcoma is most common around the knee, humerus, pelvis and jaw. Sudden, severe sharp pain, spasms in my entire right arm. Pain began in neck, then traveled down shoulder, down to wrist. Arm pulsates with pain. Help?

Sounds like: Nerve irritation or injury that could be coming from your neck seem a very likely explanation for these symptoms. Assessing if neck position change the symptoms might help. A good neurological history and competent examination should sort this out. The pulsating might also suggest a vascular contribution though that can be a pain associated with nerve compression as well. ...Read more
