Tingling in the arm: The tingling and pain along with numbness sometimes, is a symptom of a nerve pinched in the cervical (neck) spine. Possibly due to an injury such as falling forward or any jerky motion (incl chiropractic manipulations). You forgot about: Your wrist. That is probably the most common cause of finger tingling. Especially carpal tunnel syndrome.
