Infusion related?: The pain may be due to an infusion reaction. This may occur due to the drug itself or the rate of the infusion, etc. If this is the case it will probably resolve by itself. Rest: I would try some antiinflammatories and activity modification. I am curious as to what you refer to as "bicep".
