? Sciatica: This sounds like sciatica which is nerve pain caused by a "pinched nerve" in low back. If the duration of these symptoms is less than 6 weeks, i'd be patient, try back stretching exercises and rest. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or NSAID like Ibuprofen may help. Half of all get better in 6 weeks, 75% in 12. If not improving see your doctor or if new bowel or bladder control issues or severe weakness of the leg occur. ...Read more
