Clinic visit needed: There are many causes of abdominal pain, some of which can be simply annoying, like constipation, others can be deadly. The best way to make sure it's nothing dangerous is to be examined by a health care provider. Most of the time the cause can be determined with a physical exam and a few simple tests. Less often, an imaging study or looking inside the abdomen with a scope (endoscopy) is needed.See 2 more doctor answers
I'm having lower ab pain from belly button down and extreme bloating 4 10 days with light brown/clay colored stool and dr said I need to wait it out?
Abdominal pain: There are several causes of abdominal pain. If it is constant, severe, associated with fever or vomiting then immediate attention is necessary. Clay colored stools can also be associated with liver and gallbladder issues. Had urethral pain for 6 days but it went away. Have had tingling in belly button and tip of penis for 3 days since the pain ended. What could this be?
Maybe nothing...: Possibly urethritis (i.e. an STD), but probably not unless you also had abnormal discharge of pus or mucus. And urethritis would not be likely to clear up so quickly without treatment. Or maybe you passed a stone? Or non-STD urinary tract infection (very rare at your age). If the symptoms do not return, probably nothing need be done. But see your doctor if pain returns or other symptoms show up.
