Pain Between Wrist And Elbow
Left forearm pain radiating between wrist and elbow. No relief with pt, naproxen and celebrax. Pt trainer puzzled. No nerve damage. Very painful.
May be several thing: There are many possible causes although it sounds like possible tendinitis or bursitis of the elbow. It depends on whether the pain is present at rest or with activity and if there are particular activities that cause the pain. With no history of trauma best to see an orthopedist or rheumatologist.

Forearm pain: From what you have said 1- left arm 2- squeezing pain 3- leukemia concern. If I want to put a common denominator it would be anemia. But since you have checked your blood counts, leukemia concerns are not warranted. Pain in the left forearm could be referred pain from the heart. At your age could be myositis (muscle inflammation). Neurofibroma in the area or torn muscle. You need a check up asap.
I am 48 male and have mild skin burning sensation 247 in between wrist and elbow for last 3 mnths. My same left arm pains intensely when I lift load.
Could be nerve root: Your description sounds like a cervical nerve root problem. Injury to the peripheral nerves exiting from your neck can cause pain, paresthesias (pins and needles), numbness, and/or weakness. Popping joints: This could be "normal", especially in joints that have a tendency to hyperextend. Not sure, but perhaps a physical therapist could be of help here?

Yes: Yes, especially with rotation of the forearm, involvement of the interosseous membrane. There may also be an associated elbow fracture--if tender at elbow consider forearm xray that includes 2 good perpendicular views of the elbow.
Movement: One of the most important things to focus on following a fracture is maintaining as much motiin as possible. It is very important to work on range of motion exercises several times a day, every day, but follow the restrictions laid out by your doctor.
