Pain: If you have previously seen a bone specialist that is where you should go. The alternative is for you to first see you primary doctor about back pain. Headaches/Cerv disc: Persistent pain deserves an evaluation. Based upon age, i would suspect a disk herniation, or occipital neuralgia causing muscle spasm/tension. This may then create the muscle tension headache scenario. Nsaid's may actually cause headache in some. Try tylenol (acetaminophen). Pursue cervical pt. Robin mckenzie book "treat your own neck" is $8.32 online. Formal spine or neurology eval if no better. ...Read more

It isn't due to Herc: Pain between the shoulder blades can be caused by any number of reasons/causes including muscle pull or sprain. It is not likely to be due to herceptin (trastuzumab). So make sure that your oncologist is aware of this development and may consider checking you for any recurrence of your cancer in the bones(spine and or ribs). This can be determined with a bone scan or another imaging test. ...Read more

However, there are other possibilities as well include worker upper limb disorder, thoracic outlet, myofascial pain and rotator cuff syndrome or cervical radiculopathy. Need to examine: It is not feasible to know without examining you. One cause of the symptoms you described is large breasts. If you are overweight, it would help to lose weight. If the symptoms persist, do see your doctor. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine. ...Read more
