R/O CLUSTER HA: Cluster Headache are not common in men and tend to be felt behind the eye. They can be treated with Triptans(Imitrex) and high flow Oxygen for flare. If you get more than 3-4 month. You will need a prophylactic med like neurontin/depakote/Topamax . You need a full exam and Neuro exam. Labs and an Mri of brain and sinuses. There should be no: squishing sound? I'd have your eye doctor examine you on this and see what you mean.
