I can put full weight on my leg only when I bend it I get this pinching pain at the back of my knee and lower thigh. Still no swelling. Only been a day since I fell on it. Will it get better over time? What if going to a doctor isn't an option?
Ice down- then, heat: Ice it down twice daily until the knee freezes (20-30 minutes). Within next 24-48 hrs. switch from ice to warm compresses.
