These are normal, -: Under the circumstances. Some patients take up to 6 months. If you 've got 120 degrees of bend, that's great. The aches and pains should be getting better. If you are better today than 2 weeks ago, everything is coming along nicely, although slowly. Also since the mua on 8/21st, I am sure, some bleeding occurred, which to some extent, will slow the healing process.

Also if you do not stretch on regular bases your back tight muslce tendons (" hamstrings") become very tight and it can cause discomfort when gets up after sitting. Clot or Bakers cyst?: The pain you are describing may simply be due to an associated knee sprain which may have happened at the same time. However this could be a blood clot in your deep veins or a Bakers cyst which may be leaking after the trauma. There is always a risk of an avulsion fracture in the knee joint as well.
