Diarrhea for the past two days, excessive rumbling nosies in stomach and flatulence. Goes away after passing diarrhea. No pain or discomfort. Normal?
Had stomach flu for 5 days. day 1 vomiting and diarrhea and bad stomach pain. Day 2 diarrhea and abdominal pain. Still have abdominal pain and gas.

Not sure: Have you had a gastric emptying study? If you have a slow to empty stomach, this can often have these symptoms. Patients with severe gerd often swallow a lot of air. The relationship to bowel movements raises the question of irritable bowel or constipation.
