Depends: Lorcet (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) contains hydrocodone and Percocet contains oxycodone, two different opiates. On a purely mg to mg basis, oxycodone is usually stronger but different people react to different opiates differently. If it were me i would start with percocet. You might also the anesthesiologist ask for an "interscalene block" which can give dramatic pain relief for the first day or so. ...Read more
