I have pain in my lower to mid back but it goes away when I lay on it is this normal or should I get it checked?
How to relieve upper to mid back tension? Getting a massage really helps, but i feel like i need it more frequently than i should.

Not likely: Fibromyalgia pain is typically more diffuse and symetric..Meaning equally on both sides of the body. Bump on mid back that is blue color, hard and painful to touch. Does not look like typical big bite ?
Needs to be checked: It is hard to say what it could be based on the information you have given. It can be cyst, hematoma if there was any trauma ,Insect bite is a possibility .
