Pain Across Mid Back
I have pain in my lower to mid back but it goes away when I lay on it is this normal or should I get it checked?
How can I live normally if I have fibromyalgia since it concentrates in my upper shoulders till the mid back.How could I live without pain as others?
This has happened recently but I have a sharp pain in my lower to mid back. I have tried stretching but it doesn't seem to work. Help?
