Is my hand sprained? Dull pain just above wrist bet. Pinky knuckle and wrist. Minimal/no swelling, full rom w/ only dull pain. Punched refrigerator

Using either weights or resistance bands to create tension in both the flexor and extensor muscles repetitively is a good method of strengthening the wrists. My preferred method is using resistance bands to do isometric strengthening exercises - i.e. Create tension in the wrist then hold for 10+ seconds, repetitively.

However. Silly putty/thera putty round into a ball then squeeze then round. Take a dowel with a weight hanging from rope. Then twist dowel both directions to bring weight to dowel.
