Likely okay

That kind of pain at 6 weeks of pregnancy is unlikely to be anything serious from the pregnancy itself. The most likely cause would be musculoskeletal. But any pain that does not go away or gets severe should be checked out. Good luck

Lipoma with pain

You need to see a doctor about this. Usually a lipoma is not painful and does not cause radiating pain. Something else must be going on and it needs to be looked at to figure out what it is.

Labor?

At 38 wks gestation, back and/or abdominal pain my be contractions or Braxton-Hicks. Hydrate with several glasses if water, empty your bladder, lie on left side--if it goes away, likely Braxton-Hicks. If they continue, start timing the frequency and duration. Call your MD per their instructions regarding labor, or if your water breaks.

Maybe

If there is also have a loss of sensation in the same area of your thigh and no other problems with your leg ( weakness or numbness), then this is very likely meralgia paresthetiac - a condition in which the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve gets trapped under your expanding abdomen. It generally goes away after delivery.

Probably not

It is very common to get a deep internal pain in the ribcage. If the pain is on the left it's even less concerning because in general there aren't a lot of severe conditions that cause "left upper quadrant pain." It's basically from stretching of the ribs and the peritoneum, or internal sac that contains your uterus and intestines. Unfortunately there's not a lot you can do about that pain!

Pregnant sciatica

Sciatic pain in pregnancy can be crippling. You can use a heating pad to your buttock or soak in a warm bath. Physical therapy can sometimes help. Some women also get relief from a pregnancy support belt.

PAIN

Back pain

Back pain is very common in pregnancy -- an almost universal side effect of growing a human inside your body. Tylenol is the first line medication. Stretching, yoga and increasing exercise can often help.Wearing correct shoes with good support can help. A cushion between the knees at night sometimes works. A local chiropractor trained in the unique aspects of pregnancy care can be a big help.
