Stomach pain 2 inches below right rib cage and 2 inches to the right of my belly button. I also have bloating and gas. There are two hard lumps underneath the skin which are painful.

Seems to be pain.: Sometimes we can't find a specific diagnosis other than pain. If you have been seen at two medical centers I am not sure you will find a better diagnosis on line. This sounds as though it is neuropathic pain. When will they move on to treatment? ...Read more

Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a diagnosis of exclusion, so we can't say this is ibs without a more detailed workup.
