Stomach?: Several other organs lie in that area. Since the pain is after eating, I wonder if you are having a duodenal/gastric irritation or ulcer. Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) is a diagnosis of exclusion, so we can't say this is ibs without a more detailed workup. But my best advice is to keep a good diary of the "triggers" that cause the pain. E.G., is it associated with stress?
