Gel heel liner: There are so many shapes and sizes of feet that shoe manufacturers cannot possibly make shoes for every need. What i would recommend you do is find a shoe that fits your toes and then purchase a gel heel liner that goes into the back of the shoe to help snug the shoe around the heel. While this is a drying agent, you could just soak your feet in warm soapy (dish washing detergent) water, epsom salts or a dilute vinegar solution.
