When i lay in my back on a the floor to do pt, it feels like I am trying to grind my sacrum bone into the floor. Foam mat no help.Very painful! why?

Is your question implying that you don't wish to do tummy time on the floor? Given that you stopped your estrogen supplementation a while back, i would think that you should do a repeat dexa scan just to be on the safe side.
