I'm transgender and take 50mg of cyproterone daily under supervision. I work nights & sleep from 9am to 5pm. When do I take my medication? 8am or 6pm?
Is cyproterone acetate medication same as having prostatectomy as I m on cyproterone acetate and never ejaculate and orgasm. Are these the right symptoms on this medication? What's the half life of it?

Long term: Surely your doctor told you why you take this medication. If not please find out why he/she prescribed this. Is it ok to use an ampule which has been in the heat for some time but not expired? It is an ampule for androcur or cyproterone acetate.

Most common adverse symptoms, related to lowering of T, are loss of libido, ED, fatigue, hot flushes, sweating, weight gain, gynecomastia, and depressed mood.
