Ovulation Temp Rise
I haven't ovulated(no temp rise) cd63 start spottin until cd79 wen i got full flow. Now cd86 & still period but has lightened. No cramps. Wat goin on?
Anovulation: When you don't ovulate you still produce estrogen. Ovulation stabilizes, prepares for pregnancy and cuses a normal period when it doesn't happen. Possible to ovulate without a BBT temp rise? It has been 24 days since my d&c and no sign of ovulation. Possible i will not ov before next period ?
My lh surge was from 10pm cd18 to 11am cd 19. Did i ovulated on cd 19 or cd 20, my bbt chart says cd 20 and i got a temp rise cd 21?
Is it true that after ovulation it takes 12-24 hours for BBT to rise? And thus, if you ovulate at night or even late afternoon, your morning temp may not show it yet?
Spotting day 10/11, + OPK day 17/18, spotting day 19/20/21, BBT temp still not risen. Ovulated yet? What's happening? Not experienced annovulation
Maybe: Best test for ovulation is a blood Progesterone level of > 3 ng/ml. Other than pregnancy (which is proof positive) the other tests are less specific. I think that bbts are kinda cruel so rarely suggest that my patients do them. Opks have been shown to only increase patient anxiety and not improve chance of pregnancy. So for patients with regular cycles i suggest sex on cyclec days 10/12/14/16. ...Read more
I am using temp charting and ovulation sticks to conceive. The sticks show ovulation is on day 18 but my temp rises on day 23. What could this be?
I measure bbt. I had 3 risen temperatures for 3 days after ovulation (14th day) & then low temp for 5 days until today. Is it normal? What to expect?
Normal: What you described is normal variation during a menstrual cycle and you should expect a normal next cycle unless you engaged in sex at the fertile period, in which case you could be pregnant. If you miss your period, do a home test 4-5 days after missed period, use first morning urine and follow the instructions in the kit, carefully. ...Read more
