My last menstrual period is dec.14 2013 when is my ovulation day if I am 31 day cycle? I have sex ovulated day but with condom, am i safe?

Aug 25th: There are 2 parts to your cycle, one prior to ovulation and one post ovulation. The post ovulation phase is more or less a set 14 days, the phase prior to ovulation has a bit more variation. Most likely day 14: Normal cycles are 27;28;or 29 days in length. With that consistent pattern, ovulation would most likely occur on cycle day 14. If you have intercourse beginning CD10 or 11 and roughly every other day to CD 17/18 you have adequately covered the cycle.
