Is cramping normal during ovulation? While laying in bed it feels like I have light cramps on my right side?
Yes: Some women are so attuned to their bodies that they can actually feel when they are ovulating, and which side it is happening on that month! This cramping you feel could be exactly that, especially when you are lying still. ...Read more

I had cramps on my left side at day 11 then on day 14 I had sharp pains on my right side which day would I have ovulated please?
Imposible to say: It's impossible to say just based on the pains you describe. Sometimes a woman has pain on the opposite side that she ovulates on.... It's not always a very precise indicator of where ovulation occurred. The only way to really tell is by ultrasound to see where the follicle was where the egg was released from. ...Read more

6 days after ovulating had cramps on left side with pink tinge when wiping after urinuating and fleshy colored lumps (about 4 small) in toilet. Why?
Old Blood: Likely when you say ovulation I think your mistaking your menstrual period with ovulation. Ovulation is the release of an egg not a period. 2 weeks after ovulation women then have a menstrual period, which is the shedding of the uterus. The fleshy colored lumps were likely dried blood clots that you were still passing. Your OK. ...Read more
Miscarried 12-11-13 7wks. Could I be ovulating again? I have some mild cramping on my left side. How much time do I have? Its only been a few hours.
Probably not: If you just miscarried on dec 11 (and today being dec 21) it would be too soon to ovulate again. Depending on how far along you were when you miscarried, it can take up to 6 weeks to begin cycling again. The farther along you were, the longer it can take. ...Read more

Every other month or so for about 9 months I've had cramps on my left side at ovulation. This month had a very light period. Possible causes?
My cycle is 26 days, now am on day 8, I have mild cramps on my right side and when I wipe I had a slipery clear discharge, am I ovulating this early?
I think I had ovulation cramps on one side, but it was a day after my period ended. Is that normal or even possible?
Maybe: Ovulation occurs 2 weeks prior to your period. So, if you have 21 days between the first days of your cycles, you could ovulate on day 7. If you bleed for 6 days, then ovulation would be a day after you finish your period. A way to double check is keep a calendar of your cycles and the ovulation pain and see if you get your period 14 days after the ovulation pain. ...Read more
Can having slight cramping on the days after ovulation possibly mean that you've conceived? Been feeling cramping on the left side?
Not normally: Cramping is not usually a sign of conception. You can take a pregnancy test if you miss your period. This is much better than trying to guess based on symptoms. ...Read more
Is it normal to be cramping on 1 side or the other after ovulation. It's not painful. Had unprotected sex before and after ovulation?
Yes: Usually only one ovary releases an egg during a cycle. There is a little bit of fluid that is released during this process which can cause some irritation of the lining of the abdomen resulting in cramps. Some women are sensitive and can "tell" when they ovulate but you should never depend on this as a form of birth control. ...Read more

I ovulated 4 days ago and now I have cramp like pain on the left side of my abdomen I am TTC could this be implantation pain??
Unlikely: Implantation may cause some spotting, but it is unlikely for it to cause noticeable pain. The pain that you're having is more likely to be pain related to fluid from the ruptured follicle when it released an egg. That fluid can be irritating to your pelvis. The pain, as long as it is moderate, should go away on its own but if it worsens or persists longer than 48 hours, see a doctor. ...Read more
Trying to conceive. I ovulated about a week ago, now I'm having bad cramping on the right side. Could this be implantation cramps?
Light cramps right side 2 days post ovulation. Now having clear CM but more than usual. Used pull out method. What are chances of pregnancy?
No way to tell: It is too early to detect a pregnancy. If you miss your period, take a home pregnancy test. Over the counter tests can detect pregnancy as early as a day or two past your expected period. The pull out method is not as effective as other means of birth control. You might want to see your doctor for a more reliable method. ...Read more
Why am I cramping on left side one day after ovulation week. Some discharge that feels like period starting but not due to start for another 2 weeks?
Started bleeding 5 days early had unprotected sex 3 days before ovulation and only light cramps on one side like when I ovulate implantation bleeding?
Possible: Implantation bleeding is not really as common as the internet would have you believe. When it does happen it's usually 6-12 days after ovulation. A pregnancy test 7-10 days after unprotected intercourse is much more helpful. If you are trying to avoid pregnancy considering your age please see your doctor to discuss birth control options. If you are trying to get pregnant take a prenatal vitamin. ...Read more
