Yes: You probably are not pregnant. Seems like your period came right on time. Try an app such as iPeriod and track your periods to find out when your optimal ovulation period (3-5 days) is, then have sex during that time period for the optimal results

I have irregular periods (at the longest 32 days) I used an ovulation calculator and it said I may not be ovulating. How would I know?

You may not, yet: Many and perhaps most girls and women do not know if or when ovulation occurs unless they experience "ovulation pains", learn how to check their cervical mucus secretions, record their basal body temperature regularly...or use ovulation calculators and kits. A Gyn consultation may help you answer your concerns.

Unless: Unless you took an early prediction home pregnancy test, it may have been too early to get a positive result. If you still have not had a period yet, then you are one week late today, and you can re-test today. If the result is negative or the line is very faint (the line that predicts pregnancy) you can always request a blood pregnancy test be done by your doctor. As far as the pains you were having, it is very difficult to say what they represented. The fact that it lasted only an hour and has resolved is reassuring. If the pain returns or your period starts and it's heavier than normal with pain or cramping out of the ordinary you should visit your doctor. Good luck.

Not Sure: According to my calculations....last ovulation was 10/24-10/2 fertile time and 11/23-11/27 based on a 30 day cycle and your LMP.

Signs of: ovulation include increase in core body temperature, lower abdominal cramps on one side of the abdomen, change in cervical discharge becomes thin, slippery and sticky, if regular period of 28 days counting 14 days from the begining of your period and you could buy an ovulation prediction kit

Irregular bleeding: Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections ; hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do a home pregnancy test. There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Here are some. ..: A review of the following facts may help: Period cycle for most women is 27-32 days; ovulation occurs 2 wks before period regardless of cycle; morning sickness starts some 5-6 wks after conception. Based on such, manage the timing of coitus, do HPT in a wk after missing period, & repeat it in another 1 wk if the 1st test is (-) or still in doubt. More? Seek pro-evaluation & counseling.

Not pregnant, but...: Sounds like you are not pregnant, since your period started. If you think you really might be pregnant, then do a home pregnancy test tomorrow to find out of certain. You haven't really asked a question, so I hope this helps. Good wishes.

Maybe...: A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have happened) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. If a woman has her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Dates: On a normal cycle your ovulation is 14 days before your next period. But since you can't foretell the future, this is of little help. You might have 11-17 days from the beginning of your period until ovulation. After ovulation it is always 14 days to your period. The apps have to assume a 25 day cycle or a 28 day or a 31 day cycle - thus the difference.

B sure: Did you have blood test that demonstrate the HCG going back to normal? Otherwise if you still have some of the hormone in your blood you could have a false positive test.
