For a year, i've been tracking my 500 calorie a day diet online (i even factor my vita-c tablet). No weightloss! my lowcal diet causes hairloss and worries people. Yet, i'm overweight/prehypertension.

Healthy vs risk...: Unfortunately being over weight is actually more common than normal wt these days. As long as you are active, eat a healthy/balanced diet, exercise regularly, don't smoke, and don't drink to excess, you are better off overweight than normal wt and don't do the above.
