47 yo male on testosterone shots.Estrogen levels >300. Overweight account for that high? Should i be worried? Correctives in addition to weight loss?

No, not really b/c: There are other issues involved. If menses not regulated, not ovulating properly, making extra testosterone that converts to estrogen. The bleeding is likely gonna be worse on Progesterone only but you can do Medroxyprogesterone lat 10 days of the month if they don't come often. PCOS: PCOS can increase androgens in patients regardless of their weight. The effects on Estrogen are less clear as these levels fluctuate and typically would not be tested in PCOS. The LH and FSH levels are checked but not Estrogen. The effects of Phytoestrogens such as soy on the risk of breast cancer are debatable.
