Oversleeping Tired Thyroid
Since i was a child i've overslept, sometimes 12+ hours a night.. I'm 27 now and still tired all the time and oversleeping. What's my problem?

Keep your sleep pattern consistently structured, avoid napping, use bed only for sleep or intimacy, and avoid lying in bed long periods without sleeping. Not subclinical now: Subclinical means not clinical which means you are not having symptoms from the hypothyroidism, but you do have symptoms (tired). Thus, this is not subclincal. If you have the lab result to support hypothyroidism, along with your being tired, treating it is a reasonable course of action.
