Shoulder pain prevents bench pressing and dipping. Can overhead press, upright row, lateral raise without pain. The pain feels deep in the shoulder.

See orthopedist: Apparrently u sustained a signifigant injury to both shoulders in the wt.Room. Have you already had an mri?( x-rays show bony anatomy primarily). Probably kettle ball: You seem to be complaining of deltoid and primarily anterior deltoid pain which is worked with raising arms in the front. But if you're kipping your pullups then this will put tremendous stress on the shoulder as well.The exercises you mentioned often go with cross fit plans. Normal clicking: Clicking in a joint can be due to lots of different things. Nearly 99.9% of the time though if it isn't painful you aren't doing any damage. Neck/back pain: Pain in this area may be due to strain/sprain especially if induced after a heavy weight lifting set. Consider heat/ice/massage. Possibly!: If you can localize your pain ot the top (near ac joint) of the shoulder then consider ac joint as the source of pain. Certainly, other causes, such as rotator cuff tears cannot be ruled out unless proper evaluation and work-up by an orthopedist has been performed. Please see an orthopedist.
