Busy Life: You certainly have a busy schedule & that probably explains your fatigue. Some things that can help are to maintain a well balanced diet (avoid fast food!), keep hydrated - drink lots of water, exercise regularly & most important do not skip out n sleep. The schedule you have makes it too easy to do all the wring things diet wise & to "get by" on less sleep. Avoid stress as much as possible too. ...Read more

Look for cause: One needs to look for what's causing fatigue before looking for herbal or non herbal treaent, as it could be side effect of your medications, both amlodipine and Propranolol are known to do it. Rest: I don't know of any medication that can substitute for rest. Standing on your feet for 12 hour days will cause fatigue that can only be relieved by rest. Standing on a cushioned surface may help, as well as shedding any excess weight. ...Read more

See doctor: First you need to see your doctor for general exam and some blood tests to make sure that you do not have anemia, low thyroid etc. If all this is normal then the next step would be to work on your diet, exercise and mood. Need more info: What is your hemoglobin level? Beta thalassemia trait usually does not cause severe enough anemia to result in lethargy.
