Thyroid vomiting: If you have hyperthyroidism why hasn't any one taken care of that! If your doctor(s) have not yet taken good care of your hyperthyroidism you should make an appointment with an Endocrinologist as soon as possible. Hyperthyroid : Hyperthyroidism itself does not affect your voice. However, if your gland is enlarged and compresses the recurrent laryngeal nerve( the nerve that supplies function to the vocal cords), you could actually have vocal cord paresis(weakness) or paralysis( immobile vocal cord) that affects your voice. Interesting question: Hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome all share similar symptoms, such as fatigue, depression and muscle pain. I would say many patients with uncontrolled hypothyroidism could have the same symptoms as patients with fibromyalgia and cfs. They could coexist. But most patients with fibromyalgia and cfs don't have hypothyroidism. ...Read more
