Maybe: If you look at tremor getting worse with caffeine or stimulants, and better with alcohol or sedatives, you might consider that otc preps, such as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or dramamine could sedate and thus subdue the tremor. Essential tremor: Not to recommend excessive alcohol, but if your tremor transiently stops when you consume it, then any of the typical medications we prescribe can help but they all (propranolol, primidone, gabapentin, clonazepam) have side effects. Usually the dystonia is a generalized dystonia although it can be used for more focal dystonia ie cervical (neck) as well.
