Yes: Imodium (loperamide) a-d is available. Never use in children unless directed by your doctor (hardly any pediatrician will recommend). In older kids (over 12) and adults use cautiously only if diarrhea is watery, with no fever or abdominal pain and is causing dehydration (excessive loss of fluids) and you are not being able to drink enough back up.

Rash: Rashes are very difficult to diagnose without some visuals, at least in pictures if not in person. I would recommend seeing a dermatologist. Alternatively, you can try Healthtap Prime and upload some photos.

No good otc: Gardnerella or bacterial vaginosis is a common vaginal infection cause by over growth of a bad bacteria or death of good bacterial. It can be affected by spermicide, doucheiing (don't do this!), overenthusiastic cleaning or bad luck. It is easilly treated with oral medication or vaginal suppositories prescribed by a doctor but I would not recommend treating it yourself.

No: But after good treatment, the best treatment is excellent hygiene and use of just-in-case small doses of the antibiotic cream used to treat it in the first place...After sex and after a loose bm. The acid level of semen encourages the bacteria to grow, and a source of the infection van be a loose bm hard to get clean from.

What is good over-the-counter treatment for psoriasis?

What is good over-the-counter treatment for psoriasis?

No such animal.: Unless you have very, very mild psoriasis - which might respond to Hydrocortisone cream - nothing available over the counter in the us is going to make much of a dent in your psoriasis. Sorry, but I've been doing this for 30 years and have yet to see an otc product work, other than skin cap, which turned out to have an illegal steroid in it. See a dermatologist; don't waste money on otc treatments.
