But, it is a creme rinse for the hair and not the same percentage as that which has been shown to work for scabies so i would recommend you see a dermatologist for Elimite cream. No such animal.: Unless you have very, very mild psoriasis - which might respond to Hydrocortisone cream - nothing available over the counter in the us is going to make much of a dent in your psoriasis. Sorry, but i've been doing this for 30 years and have yet to see an otc product work, other than skin cap, which turned out to have an illegal steroid in it.
