None: If you had a tubal ligation then your chances are not very good of having a pregnancy. There is no over the counter medication that will help with that. Tubal ligations do fail occasionally and someone becomes pregnant but that is very rare. Difficult: I am unaware of any effective otc meds for fertility. Wt loss can help if not ovulating regularly. Getan ovulation predictor kit and remember the rate of pregnancy is 10-20% per month.
