Have an endoscopy: It is concerning that that pain and nausea are all day long. That is suggestive but not specific for an ulcer. Gastritis: Maggie, it sounds like your stomach is inflamed. In order to improve it, take an antacid like cimetidine or ranitidine, and avoid NSAIDs, alcohol, caffeine, and smoking.
