Pelvic US - right ovary has a volume of 13cc and left has a volume of 8 cc. multiple peripherally oriented follicles are present in both ovaries. ?
Ovaries measure 32x22x18 mm, 31x23x18mm, - 6.5 cc and 6.8 cc volume. But the sonography says ovaries with excessive stroma. No periods after 12 july?
An ultrasound is:
Not a great tool for diagnosis when there is no mass or cyst observed. "excessive stroma" is not clinically relevant. There is a workup, including labs, which is undertaken once you have missed a period for 3 months.
Good luck. ...Read more

Unnecessary...: The odd to develop ovarian torsion hinges on how its anatomical fixation to its supposedly location and relation of the surrounding just like that for an testis to develop testicular torsion. Physically, a 70-cc ovary may affect its supposed orientation and impair its fixation; together, the odd to have ovarian torsion may enhance but still low. So, just wait and see to copy with life reality... ...Read more

My right ovary is enlarged with 26.8 cc's of fluid in it along with a 2.3 CM mildly complex cyst. Is this concerning for ovarian ca?
No: At your age the risk for malignancy is very low. Given you don't have a strong family history of early breast or ovarian cancer. It's common for young women to have ovarian masses that have some complexity to them (a marker for cancer). These are almost always a dermoid, hemorrhagic cyst, endometrioma or another benign ovarian mass. Follow your doc's instructions, but try not to worry. ...Read more
1 endometrioma on each ovary. 6 and 9 cc. Could i still be pregnant. Having pregnancy symptoms. Is it possible to get pregnant.
Of course: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period. If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection. ...Read more

Uterine fibroids: Fibroids are common benign growths in the uterus. Some can cause pelvic pain, pressure and heavy periods. The size and location are important to determine treatment options. --Fickle Prostate--: If he truly has Grade 2 prostatomegaly [and you didn't receive that information in a vision after taking hallucinogenic mushrooms], then some fine young Urologist [hopefully, with a valid license] has taken tissue and is well-equipped to discuss the Gleason Scale (2-10) with you, including the fact that 30cc is the upper limit considered "normal." As for symptoms-that's another story!!! ...Read more

Husbands testicles are left 5 cc and right 6 cc in volume. He does not ejactulate much is the size of testicles the cause?
No, ...: The testicular size (volume) is not correlated with the volume of ejaculated semen, instead, with the size (volume) of seminal vesicles where the semen is stored ready for ejaculation upon reaching orgasm. Prostate volume 80 cc , psa 4.5 - PVR 105 ml- 58 years old . Currently taking Urimax D . What should be further course of action?
Depends on more info: There is limited information in this question. I would be interested to know about symptoms and psa numbers in past. Based just on the information provided, I would recommend a prostate biopsy to rule out prostate cancer. If the biopsy is negative, you may consider a medication such as finasteride or dutasteride to reduce the size of the prostrate. Of course, there are side effects with meds. ...Read more
He is 11 years old still he facing problem if bedwetting. In his ultrasound report bladder volume is 113 cc please help?
Echocardiogram shows indexed left atrium volume is 10.6 cc/m2. Normal is apparently 16-28. What is the significance of this?
Normal but re-check.:
Congratulate yourself .... you have a normal left atrial
volume. At 56 yrs of age ... presumably I would not expect to detect mitral valve disease, hypertension, or changes in your left ventricle.
On the other hand .... the value is so small ... I would go back to the Echo personnel .... and verify the volume. Some rare conditions ... e.g.Addison's disease are associated with small volumes. ...Read more
He is facing problem of bed wetting. His ultrasound report shows that his bladder volume is 133 cc. Please give some advise.
Bedwetting: The majority of children will have the bedwetting resolve as they mature. Restricting fluids in the evening, avoiding all caffeine, emptying the bladder just before bed and possibly getting up to void in the night can all help. Bed wetting alarms can help, particularly at this age. Ddavp (desmopressin) is a safe medication that can be prescribed as well. Discuss with pediatrician or urologist. ...Read more
Left atrium volume index of 36 cc/m2. Is this significant? Everything else on Echo & cardiac MRI was normal. History of NSVT.
Probably not but che: Ask your Cardiologist to see if your left atrium is enlarged or not on the pictures. During an echocardiogram, many measurements (about 25) are taken on grainy pictures so just by pure chance, there's a 50-50 chance that at least 4 measurements will be off. If only 1 measurement I'd off, you cannot draw conclusions from it. If more measurements support a diagnosis, you'll need Cardiology help. GL! ...Read more
