I'm trying to get pregnat this month but I'm having ovary pain and clear discharge. Is that normal?
Concern for preg?: Pain can happen. Are you concerned for pregnancy? Often times, a period is delayed and women are concerned about being pregnant. With a history of unprotected intercourse, the anxiety due to a possible unplanned pregnancy rises. A easy way to determine if you are pregnant is by doing a home pregnancy test. It can be done around the time of your expected period. It can be done safely in your home.
Hi, I've been experiencing some white discharge, painful ovaries all the time and last time I had sex a pinkish discharge. Hope you can help.
Discuss with your dr: The pinkish discharge may be the same white discharge, but with a little blood mixed in. Painful ovaries deserves getting an evaluation.
Dull to sharp sporadic right ovary pain. Dark to light discharge, pain sitting/standing too long & sometimes during sex with spotting afterwards.
Get checked: You could have a cyst on the ovary or an infection or if it stops after several days it could be ovulation. If it isn't improving in a couple of days get it checked out.
I've been having ovary pain with a lot of clear discharge, it happens 2-4 times a month, is this normal? Tubal ligation 16 months ago
Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation. Vaginal discharge requires an examination to determine the cause and treatment
Yesterday I went to the ER in pain they done a cat scan said it was a 4cm cyst on my right ovary now I'm having thick white discharge lastperjuly9
May be yeast: In the vagina or something else, I assume they ruled out pregnancy. If your pain gets worse this weekend go back to the er as they should have a gyn on call that is that person's responsibilty to take care of you, and they should have given you the name of the gyn on call or a gyn to see on monday assuming your pain does not get worse.
Hello there, I have a 28-30 day cycle is it normal to ovulate on day 10. Cramps on left ovary with watery & white discharge miscarriage 9 mon ago. Thx?
No: Ovulation usually occurs 14 days before your next period. In a 28-30 day cycle this would be day 14-16. The cramping and watery white discharge may mean there is something else going on. If it continues, it would be a good idea to see your PCP or gynecologist to have it checked out. Hope this helps.
Been having unprotected sex for two months, pink light discarge two days before period is due, some ovary pain, plus many breakouts, what is it?
Hard to tell yet...: A doctor can check to see if there is a medical issue, if a woman has mild menstrual-related symptoms. Many women have some variation of their mucus discharge, their periods, or a missed period on occasion. Some women feel normal after a few days, but others have bothersome symptoms and follow-up with their doctors. A urine pregnancy test is accurate if done correctly, after a missed period.
Is the brown discharge I've experienced a concern? I've had random spikes of pain in my pelvis on the right or left side. I've had clear and white discharge but tonight I had brown. No odor
Pelvic: Pelvic pain is common especially mid-cycle (about 2 weeks after your period). The discharge may be normal but this depends on your age and time in your menstrual cycle. This could be an indication of midcycle bleeding which is not normal if you are nearing menopause (about age 50). If you are cycling normally, i'd inform your gynecologist, but they will most likely just want to keep watching to see if it happens again.
2wks ago I was 1cm dilated50%effaced, now im 39wks3d.Yestarday my baby drop to pelvis, today woke up with a clear/white discharge, am I close to labor?
Sounds like it: If this is your first what you are describing is what I have seen. Once the head drops things tend to take off. See your doctor for another exam. You may get a surprise!
Needs evaluation: If this is the first time you are having such kind of pain, you should seek evaluation by an OB-GYN to get further testing including an ultrasound to determine the cause of pain. If the ovaries appear normal, that can be reassuring and may guide your to identify other sources of pain. Best Wishes Dr M
Mittleschmerz: It could be mittleschmerz or an ovarian cyst! are you at your midcycle? Dr paul singh palo alto.
Clues only: Appendix pain will always be on the right side. Pain from an ovary (or other gynecologic problem) can be either side, often both. Other clues include nausea, vomiting, vaginal discharge or odor, painful urination, previous history of similar pain, and so on. All new, unexplained abdominal or pelvic pain requres medical evaluation ASAP. If severe, vaginal bleeding, or fever, see a doctor right now.
