Healthy one: I don't believe in blood type diets, or diets for body type, I do however believe in nutrient based on genes and dna. If you have your dna tested, it could then be determined what foods are best for you best on your metabolism. There is none: There is no such thing as a good detox diet. They are all worthless.
What IS: Your body type? Muscular individuals respond more quickly to weight training, for example, than more asthenic (thin) types...What kinds of activity do you enjoy and are therefore more likely to maintain? Vigorous movement will benefit everyone. A good diet involves regular intake of unprocessed, whole foods at frequent intervals (4-5 x/day). Enjoy!

Yours!: There is no ideal or perfect female body type, just the one that you have and that your partner appreciates. "ideal" body types have varied thru the ages from rubenesque to athletic. Likewise, desirable eye/hair/skin color, shape of eyes/lids/nose, lips, etc has varied w/time & culture. But isn't this all rather superficial? Focus on person, not body. Focus on your partner, not cultural expectatio.
Yes: Puberty is accompanied by changes in body shape and characteristics. If expected changes do not occur at the appropriate ages you should be evaluated.

You've Been Framed?: You might as well consider them about the same but better to refer to the source of the term and see how it was used within the context of the topic being discussed. Like, was this a scientific article, a mention in a magazine or someone at a bar talking about a lady's figure?
