I have road accident one year ago pelvis fractures and my testis infection now all reports will be ok but not good working my penis and small testis?
See urologist timely: Sorry to see that happening to you. Now that happened, let's move on to see what can be done. Pelvic-injury/fracture-related may affect the penile and testicular circulation, though rarely and but, very unlikely simultaneous. So, see doc to figure out the general big pictures of general health and specify the detailed possible connection between injury and ed/small testes. So, reasonable rx may... ...Read more

Pinched nerve: Mittelschmerz is pain in the ovary during ovulation (halfway between two periods) and is not something to be worried about. However, the fact that you have pain while lifting suggests you may have a pinched nerve in your back and the pain is being experienced in the area of the ovary. See your doctor. ...Read more

Suggestive of PCO: Your sonographic findings are suggestive of PCO but may not be entirely or necessarily diagnostic for PCO unless the ovarian volume was larger than normal, the multiple follicles numbered 10 to 12 and they measured 5 to 10 mm in diameter. ...Read more

1 cm cyst: A 1 cm cyst is not likely to be the cause of 6 months of pelvic pain. That is very tiny. Pelvic pain is a complicated issue with a lot of possible causes. It is best to see an Obgyn so that a complete history and physical can be done to help begin the evaluation ...Read more
I had a hysterectomy and removal of my tubes and ovaries. However, two years later, I had a very painful area in my pelvis and was told that I had endometriosis. Is this possible?
Endo post Hyst: Removal of the uterus tubes and ovaries is not curative for endometriosis if the endometriosis was not removed at the time of surgery. Even then microscopic foci of endometriosis could regenerate down the road and cause pain. Now I would like to remind you that there are other conditions that may cause pain not related to endometriosis, such as interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor spasms. ...Read more
Not sure anything: Hemorrhagic cyst is likely a corpus luteum. Often hemorrhagic and of no real consequence. Essentially every month the follicle grows and ruptures, bleeds some (sometimes more than others) and becomes a corpus luteum. The cl produces mostly Progesterone to ready the endometrium for implantation. ...Read more
I'm experiencing pain in my right starts near my ovary on my pelvis and radiates to my side should I go in to the doctor or hospital?
Need doctor to check: Lower right abdominal pain can be from many things. For pain there, appendicitis is always a concern (pain can worsens over time, with fever coming on). If one is constipated for several days, stool can back up all the way to the right side, and cause pain. Having gas may or may not be related to the discomfort (lactose intolerance will cause gas). A hernia or an ovarian problem can cause pain. ...Read more

Depends: Further evaluation may be necessary depending on the size of the cyst, and whether or not there are solid as well as fluid components, and whether or not it is causing symptoms. This might include a pelvic ultrasound and tumor markers such as ca125 or he4. If all the signs point to a benign cyst, it can be followed with ultrasound. If there are any concerns, removing the cyst may be prudent. ...Read more

Sonography of pelvis test result- on 12th day of mensuration endo thickness is 5.8mm, 15th day - 11.5, CL seen in left ovary, FF+ postovulatory means?
Good: I'm assuming that you're trying to conceive? Your endometrial thickness is great. If by "CL" you mean corpus luteum, then that, obviously, is a good sign as the corpus luteum supports the pregnancy with hCG until the placenta takes over. I'm not sure what your doctor/sonographer meant by FF+. FF on ultrasound sometimes means "free fluid" but did the doctor tell you it meant something else? ...Read more
